Pickup Policy

At Jolie Essence we provide a convenient pickup service for your beauty products. Please review our policy for detailed information about the pickup process and procedures.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days] of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email or notification once your order is ready for pickup.

2. Pickup Location and Hours

Orders can be picked up at: 6006 N. MESA ST STE.902
EL paso TX 79912
Pickup hours are: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

3. Pickup Instructions

Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation email when picking up your order.
If someone else will be picking up your order on your behalf, please notify us in advance and ensure they bring a copy of the order confirmation email and a valid photo ID.

4. Order Hold Policy

Orders will be held for 7 days from the date you are notified that your order is ready for pickup. If the order is not collected within this period, it may be canceled.
